I've had a great stay here a couple of times. It's a good value place in the heart of England, with tasty breakfasts and clean, comfortable rooms.

We liked it enough to book again for next year's stitch show before we left. My sister and I were in town for the show at the Birmingham NEC, and the hospitality was lovely. The food was nice, our room was comfortable and clean, and secure parking made a real difference. The price was good too for our two-night stay. Thank you, they were so nice.

The full English breakfast was amazing, and the hosts were lovely. It's modern but still feels homely, and everything was super clean. Free secure parking too. I stayed for an event at the NEC.

Peter and Justine always make us feel so welcome and go out of their way to make the stay great. We wouldn't choose anywhere else, thanks again. Consistently excellent.

The rooms were clean and well looked after, and breakfast was amazing. I have no complaints and will definitely come back.
