Wainstones Hotel

Kaz made our first visit feel special with such a lovely welcome. We enjoyed that night away with my boyfriend so much that we booked another stay for Valentine’s a few weeks later. Kaz remembered us when we came back, which made it feel even more personal. The place is gorgeous, with lovely staff and food. I can’t recommend it enough.

The food was very good, whether at breakfast or in the evening, and all the staff were friendly and greeted us warmly. I stayed here for work and was impressed by the recently refurbished hotel. The rooms were nice and a decent size. The walls could be thicker, though, as I could hear the person next door talking on the phone. It wasn’t the end of the world. Overall, a very good place to stay, and I’d recommend it.

There’s a nice lounge to relax in after travelling, and the layout is pleasant. The café on the side looks great too. We visit the area often, and I’m so glad I found this hotel. It and the rooms are extremely clean, breakfast had plenty of choice and was very good, and the people here are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area. You won’t be disappointed. Many thanks, and see you again soon.

I didn’t want to leave! The whole team were wonderful, and Caroline was a fabulous hostess at the front of house. That really makes a difference. Quality, service, food and atmosphere were all top notch from start to finish. Well done to everyone at Wainstones. I’d recommend a light lunch at ‘The Pantry’, then an evening meal in the main restaurant.
