The site backs onto a canal, with converted barges and a marina where quite a few boats are moored. The views are very pretty. The adjoining restaurant has a wide choice of drinks and excellent food, from carvery and fresh pizza to other dishes, with options for children too. As on all my previous visits, the staff were helpful and keen to sort out any problems, though I haven't had any. It's easy to find and has onsite parking.

Coming back to a room that housekeeping had freshened up felt so good. It was already super clean, with a crisp, comfortable bed and lovely pillows. Booking with Antonio was easy and professional, and she found me the perfect room for my stay. What a joy to finally get to stay at Peartree Lodge. I can't wait for my next visit.

The water side surroundings were lovely and made for a peaceful, relaxing stay, while the location was still convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it felt like great value for money. I had a very pleasant time at Peartree Lodge Waterside and would happily stay again.

My friend and I came to town to catch up, and the twin room was just right. I slept like a log, and it was easy to adjust the room temperature. We had a marina view, which I loved because I'm nosy 🧐. The staff were so friendly and helped sort out travel and food arrangements. Great hotel for a visit to MK, and I'll definitely stay again next time I'm here.

The hotel itself was good, but the Stonehouse Restaurant next door had problems. The kitchen staff need to learn to read orders. The ginger haired lady could use some basic manners and training in handling customers' questions and complaints. The new member of staff, who'd only been there 2 days, had more about her than the ginger haired waitress.
