Amy and John gave us such a warm welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed three nights this week and really enjoyed it. Our room was spacious and neat as a pin, and breakfast was generous with an amazing selection. Parking was great. The location is away from the town's hustle and bustle, but still close enough to walk in for dinner. Thank you.

Geckos Rest is in an excellent spot, just a five minute walk down into town, and there's nothing we didn't like about our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic, and Amy and John are lovely, welcoming hosts. This was our third visit and it was absolutely excellent as always. We'll definitely be back next year, and couldn't recommend this B&B more for a Newquay visit.

Amy and John are lovely hosts, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The property has been renovated beautifully and is clearly well cared for. Our room was larger than many we've had elsewhere. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of choices for traditional and alternative tastes.

Amy and John kindly prepared breakfast and shared tips for excursions and places to eat. We stayed at the hotel for a fortnight and found it very clean and well kept. Rooms on the sea side have a view of the Atlantic. Highly recommended!

Just got back from a fantastic break. Breakfast was delicious, and they couldn't have been more helpful. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay and will definitely try to book again for future visits.
