Premier Inn Oldham - Broadway

The room I was first offered had a bed full of crumbs, clearly not changed. As a disabled visitor, I was then offered a first floor room where the electrics were hanging out of the wall. The receptionist was sullen and uninterested, and the food next door was disappointing. The barman and waiter was rude and made me eat at the bar despite plenty of tables being free. The next morning he was coughing all over the food as it was brought to the table. This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. I'm never coming back. It gets one star only because I have to give a rating, and there are much better hotels in the area.

Ryan at the front desk was friendly, and the stay was great value. We had comfortable beds, free parking and a decent breakfast at the Beefeater next door. I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about, we had a good stay.

While we were eating breakfast, there was no bread, and the juice was almost empty. I only ate a small amount because the food wasn't very nice. As we were leaving, they brought out bread, pancakes and crumpets and refilled the juice. There were two night staff, and one wasn't approachable or even returned our hello. The day staff were quite rude too. When we were told there was no bacon, I asked why. Another staff member told the person behind the breakfast counter all they could do was say sorry, then frowned at us. It felt quite intimidating.

Mia and Chris made our stay at Premier Inn feel easy and comfortable. They were attentive, so polite, and did more than they needed to help us. We felt really well looked after. A big thank you to both of them for being so kind and professional.
