The green room’s interior had so many lovely little details, and it gave me a peaceful, warm and comfortable feeling throughout my stay. The owners, a couple, were very friendly. When I arrived at night, they even made me a warm omelette because there were no grocery stores or restaurants around. The hotel is quite far from Pitlochry train station, so driving would be the best way to get there. I had a beautiful, restful stay and would recommend a visit if you travel around there!

The rooms were nice and warm, and the views from our window were great. Breakfast was good too. The bathroom felt a bit dated and cold.

James and Leesa were lovely hosts, full of recommendations. After our hike, they dried our soaked clothes, and Leesa’s homemade fudge was delicious. The breakfast room has an amazing view, and breakfast had a nice range, including cooked food and a buffet. It gave us what we needed before hiking, and I really appreciated the oat milk for our coffees. Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our Easter break. We’d definitely recommend this place! 👌

The full Scottish breakfast was amazing, beautifully cooked and presented, and the coffee was great. The breakfast room has an awesome view. Our spacious ground-floor room met all the needs for a disabled person, and having a parking space right outside made unpacking easier. The place is immaculate, spotlessly clean throughout. James & Lisa gave us such a warm, friendly welcome. Thank you both for a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely be back and recommend you to others.

We stayed in the purple room and had incredible views. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. James and Lisa were amazing hosts, and Lisa’s shortbread cookies and tablet were perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to friends. Hope to stay here again if we’re back in Scotland!
