The breakfast was a highlight, served in a charming, inviting room, and was one of the nicest hotel breakfasts we've had. The continental spread was wide, with fresh fruit, porridge, granola, cereal, toppings like Brazil, cashew nuts, coconut and pumpkin seeds, charcuterie, local cheeses, pastries, bread, and jams. There were hot choices too, including a full English, omelette, and eggs. It's a generous selection, and a great start to a day walking and exploring. The immaculate room and well maintained property showed how much care the hospitable, professional owners put in. The location is very good, close to the charming high street but far enough away to stay quiet.

The relaxing atmosphere and all the amenities made our stay really enjoyable. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend the hotel. We'll definitely be coming back!

The breakfast was amazing, and every new guest seemed surprised by how much was on offer. I stayed in the cottage, which was spacious, well equipped, and a lovely place to relax. The bed was comfortable, too. Even though it was separate from the main bed and breakfast, it was cleaned each day, which was an extra benefit. Clair and Steve were brilliant hosts, warm and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much, I'll be back! 🙏

The breakfast the next morning was the best experience you could hope for, with an enormous buffet selection followed by a delicious cooked breakfast made to order. My wife, daughter and I will definitely visit again. The welcome was lovely, and the room was amazing, tastefully decorated throughout with an artistic eye. We had a comfortable night, and it's a wonderful base for touring Snowdonia, port merion and Harlech castle. Probably the best bnb we've ever stayed in.

We were upstairs in Room 10, and the bed was one of the comfiest ever. Did I mention it? SO comfy! The shower was powerful and had plenty of hot water. There was a kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and milk in the fridge. Parking was plentiful. Clair met us when we arrived and was there each morning at breakfast. Steve was usually tied up in the kitchen or at the breakfast grill, cooking an amazing, tasty, clean Full English, but we eventually met him and he's a good fella with a brilliant sense of humour. I wanted to go for a pint with him! Clair tells it like it is, no beating about the bush, and we liked her. The breakfast spread filled the full wall of the dining room, with porridge, lots of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, nuts, seeds, cold meats, cheese, white and brown bread, pastries, and various teas. I've never seen such a spread anywhere. A brilliant place to stay for exploring Portmeirion and Portmadog. Highly recommended. Thank you Clair n Steve, we hope to see you again.
