We also stayed overnight, and the bedroom was immaculately maintained, comfortable and elegant. The in-room jacuzzi was a standout, a luxurious, relaxing way to unwind after a long day. At Restaurant 1840 in The Savoy Jersey, Manager Ionut Laurentiu and his team made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after us throughout. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented, with real attention to detail. The cocktails were delicious too, expertly mixed, balanced and full of fresh flavour. You could taste the quality of the ingredients and the mixologist's skill. A big thank you to Laurentio and the team. We highly recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lorenzo was a highlight of our afternoon tea at The Savoy Jersey Hotel with my family. He was one of the kindest, most generous and uplifting staff members we've met, and his cheerful personality and warm humour brought lovely energy to our table. He went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. The food was wonderful, and the elegant but welcoming setting had a calm, cosy feel that made the afternoon special. I'd highly recommend the hotel for afternoon tea, especially for the staff who make it feel so joyful. We'll definitely be back soon! :)

I would stay here again. The room was clean and a good size, with a fridge, two bottles of water and furniture in a darker mahogany style that was all in good condition. The temperature was slightly cool, which I liked. The bathroom was decent sized, though the towels had an off-yellow colour that made them seem tired and uninviting. There weren't many plugs or USB ports by the bedside tables. The curtains were shorter than the window and didn't close fully, leaving a gap that let light in and affected privacy. We told reception and said we'd clipped them together with a hair clip as a temporary fix. It wasn't a big issue for us, but worth fixing for future guests. Soundproofing could be better too, since we could hear people outside the room, likely through the gap under the door. Reception was super polite, and front of house was strong throughout. The parking area was well maintained with good sized spaces, and the entrance looked smart, clean and well cared for. Breakfast was included and decent. It was busy, but the staff worked hard, kept the food topped up and stayed polite. The sausage, bacon and eggs were all good. Booking direct came with a drinks voucher, which is a nice idea, but the bar let it down. It was very quiet around 5pm, and the voucher only covered house wine or spirits. I politely asked if I could pay the difference for a cocktail, but was told no. The bartender was dismissive, disinterested and borderline rude, so I've rated the service 3 out of 5. Without that interaction, it would have been a clear 5 out of 5. His attitude put us off spending any money at the bar, so we went elsewhere. Letting guests pay the difference to upgrade would improve the experience. A few minor fixes aside, it's a good hotel with good front of house.

We've stayed here twice now and love the hotel. The family room suits a family of four perfectly, and everywhere was very clean. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good range of cooked and continental options, and the children loved the immaculately clean outdoor pool. We enjoyed a meal in the hotel restaurant, especially the Korean-style pork belly, and the bar's gin selection is probably the best I've ever seen! The bus station and the beach in St Helier are a 15-minute walk away, which suits us, though people with mobility issues may want somewhere closer. There is a bus stop nearby. We'll definitely return next time we're in Jersey.
