Kejal was especially friendly and professional, and made a real difference to our stay. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful from check-in through to checkout, and we felt well looked after the whole time. At Premier Inn Sevenoaks, our room was spotless, quiet and comfortable, so we slept very well. The atmosphere was calm, and everything felt organised and efficient. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for a comfortable visit with great service.

Sam welcomed us and seemed to know what we needed before we even asked. Lucas, the chef, also made the stay for me. I worked my way through his menu, testing how delicious everything was, and it’s hard to pick a dish to recommend because they were all so good. A lovely, friendly and accommodating hotel. You’re in good hands here. Well done, guys!

We arrived at very short notice after discovering our rental was unlivable. Our family party of nine included our 85 and 88 year old parents, and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were warm, comfortable and welcoming. Kemal, Sushi, Lewis and Wendy were particularly kind to us. We had an incredible experience, will be back, and thoroughly recommend this Premier Inn.

The food was lovely, and I’ll be back very soon. I had a brilliant stay, with a warm, comfortable room and staff who were friendly, kind and helpful.

Wendy was so helpful when we arrived and arranged for my room to be close to my family. The menu had a very good choice too. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.
