The room was clean and well equipped, and the Wi-Fi worked well for my work needs. I stayed after a work meeting and found the hotel easy to locate, with a good position for the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, and both restaurant food and breakfast were good. A great place to stay.

We booked a two-room family package for one night while visiting Ponds Forge. It’s a three-minute walk from the hotel if you take the car park entrance under the tram line. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was good, though one room had no hot water in the shower. We’d use it again.

We had a great base for exploring the city, close to the centre and transport links, including trams and buses. Our double room was clean and spacious, with a fantastic view of Park Hill and all the trams. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was just what we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

On my first stay here, the staff were helpful and engaging. I’d left my glasses behind, and they kindly arranged to post them back to me. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and discounted parking was available in a secure car park just across the road. I’ll stay here again when I’m in Sheffield.

I’ve stayed here several times and plan to choose it again. The staff are always smiling and in a good mood, and both the room service and cleanliness are very good. I’m happy with this hotel.
