Stradey Park

The staff were accommodating, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the planning. We had plenty of time to set up, and once the party ended they tidied everything away, so we could keep enjoying drinks at the main bar and then head to bed without worrying about it. I arranged a surprise anniversary party for my parents and couldn’t have been happier with the venue, service, or rooms. The place is nicely decorated and feels classy for a special occasion. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and we all slept well. Everyone enjoyed the hot and cold buffet. There was loads of fresh, tasty food, and the quality was better than I expected. We’ll definitely try the Sunday dinner soon. Thank you!

The staff were efficient and helpful, and the kitchen was happy to cater for dietary needs. There was lots of lovely food at the Stradey Park Hotel Christmas Carvery, and the cheesecake was the best I’ve had in a while. I’ll go again.

The accessible room was very good for my relative, and the shower-room was laid out well. We had a great visit, with comfortable beds, helpful staff, lovely decor, and a fab view. Breakfast was really good too. It was off-season, but still not nearly as expensive as I’d expected it probably should be. We’ll absolutely stay here again, and next time we’re planning to have an evening meal in the hotel restaurant.

Megan at reception made check-in easy and couldn’t have been more helpful. She arranged taxis for us to get to a wedding at Sylen lakes, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The bar stayed open 24 hours, and the bar staff were really great as well. We had a lovely weekend at the Stradey park hotel. Breakfast was lovely, the rooms were great, and the stay was very pleasant. I’d definitely stay again.
