The breakfast was incredible, and the B&B itself was amazing. What really made it a highlight of our trip was Laura. Her hospitality and warm, delightful manner made us feel like we’d been welcomed into a close friend’s home. You won’t want to miss this experience.

My wife and I liked it so much that we came back within a year, travelling from the States. Laura is a top-notch host, and the home she keeps is beautiful. The cooked breakfast is a real treat and feels worth the price. There’s also a pleasant shared sitting area, as pictured. The area around the house and the walking paths behind it are well worth exploring. For an enjoyable walk, visit the cemeteries at the top of the hill.

I’ve been to over 30 countries, and this is the most beautiful place I’ve stayed. The host is wonderful and so helpful, and the house is spotless. There’s a garden, a breakfast room and a common room with a magnificent view. The decor is classy and carefully done. We had enough towels, comfortable beds, electric heating, Netflix, books in the hallway, and complimentary tea, coffee and sweets. We had everything we needed, and the place went beyond what I expected. Happy to recommend it. It’s more than worth the money.

We felt well looked after here. The rooms were spacious but still cosy, with thoughtful touches that made them feel homely. The food really hit the spot, and Stirling Castle is an easy walk away. Superb B&B.
