Premier Inn Epsom Town Centre

We unexpectedly had to leave our home because of possible asbestos in the property, so we needed somewhere to stay while it was being sorted out. Sharyari checked us in at the Premier Inn in Epsom town centre and was brilliant. She helped with the check-in process and was very considerate about our situation. Her warm welcome was just what we needed. At dinner in the adjoining restaurant, Mila served us. She was warm and welcoming, attentive without hovering, and made the meal very pleasant. Throughout our stay, the staff were helpful and accommodating, always serving us with a smile. We’re very grateful for their help during an unexpected stay. Thank you to the team for a great job.

Compared with many other Premier Inns we’ve stayed at, this one was average. Check-in service was excellent, but the rest was only reasonable. The room wasn’t cleaned well and smelled of drains. We’ve had the same menu before and enjoyed it, but this time the food wasn’t cooked perfectly. Breakfast was far too greasy. If I had to stay here again, I’d look for other options.

I came for breakfast with my two daughters. The unlimited breakfast cost £10.99, and under the deal two children eat free. I had a delicious cooked breakfast, while they enjoyed pastries and yoghurt. There was plenty of choice, including pancakes, muffins, cereal, and all the usual English breakfast items. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and it was great value in 2025. Thoroughly recommend.

I stay at this Premier Inn often for business, and the rooms are always lovely and clean. Whenever there’s an issue, they’re happy to help. Mila is the star. She’s friendly and chatty, and makes a mean spicy mayo. I’d recommend the place and will keep coming back.
