Having breakfast with the children was easy, even though it was self-service. The woman serving us helped them out when she could, and they really enjoyed it. It also helped with the travel costs that children eat free when an adult meal is bought. The rooms were clean, and the staff were great all round.

The restaurant next door was a letdown. We stayed a week and the menu was very poor, while the service was crap. Drinks were a rip-off too, at 5-20 for a half. Better to head about 200 mt down the road for a decent beer and meal.

I’ve been coming back every month for seven months now, and Pridence has been amazing each time. She’s kind, welcoming, and really caring, and she always helps me feel comfortable and looked after. A lovely person and a real credit to the hotel.

We were there for a works do and stayed one night. Pridemce was on the night shift, still smiling and greeting us warmly while mopping the floors after midnight. With the super flu going around, she was clearly thinking about customer safety. The staff were all chatty, smiley, and really attentive. Thanks for a great stay! X

It was quiet and peaceful, so I had plenty of time to work. I travel a lot for my job, and found reception fairly polite. The room felt quite small for what I paid, though, and the Wi-Fi was frustrating. I did get it working in the end.
