The chef came over to talk through the options for our friend’s allergies, which was really helpful, and the food suited us well. We’ve always enjoyed staying at The Park, and the staff are all so pleasant and seem genuinely happy at work. It makes a real difference. This time the twin beds felt a bit less comfortable, though perhaps it was the pillows. The car park was also fuller than I’ve seen before. We’d still recommend it and will be back.

There were nine of us for our Christmas meal, and Lidia and her team made arranging the booking and pre-order really easy. On the night, the staff kept an eye on us, poured our drinks, and checked when we were ready for the next course. Everyone enjoyed the food, which was delicious and a very high standard. The DJ was fantastic too, and we finished the evening with some dancing. Thank you, team, for making it such a lovely Christmas celebration with my team at Vidatherapy Teddington.

We were in town for a nearby wedding and stayed two nights. The room was comfortable and lovely, and breakfast had lots of choice and was delicious. The gentleman at Reception in the evenings was especially welcoming and friendly, and sorted out an issue for us without any trouble. I’d recommend staying here.

Room no. 9 was quirky, opulent, and made us feel treated. We had a fantastic overnight stay, including dinner in the restaurant on 22nd November 2025. The hotel was in a superb spot for our day at Hampton Hall Palace, and we were glad to find a space in the car park. The staff were lovely, the bar had a vibrant feel, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Spot on, don’t ever change.

The hotel was spotless, felt very safe, and seemed exceptionally well-run. Jakub was professional and supportive from my booking enquiry through check-in, answered all my questions promptly, and gave me confidence to confirm the reservation. Steven was just as helpful, including with the air conditioning and again at check-out the next morning. Both Jakub and Steven were friendly, serious, and genuinely supportive. I highly recommend the Park Hotel after an excellent experience from start to finish, thanks to them.
