Premier Inn Telford North
About this property
Premier Inn Hotel Telford North is close to some amazing historic locations, including Ironbridge and its industrial heritage. But it's not all days out and tourist attractions - Telford's hi-tech business facilities are within easy reach too. Perhaps you're staying to use the facilities at Lilleshall, one of the UK's centres of excellence for the country's leading sports people. Or you might be here to bring the family to the Gorge Museum at Ironbridge, or simply to go shopping in Shrewsbury or Birmingham. There's plenty to enjoy back at the hotel, with lovely food at Brewers Fayre and a comfy bed in your room. All reservations placed at this hotel are subject to Premier Inn’s standard Terms and Conditions, which can be found at premierinn. com

Gail was so kind, cheerful and helpful at the hotel bar and restaurant. We had breakfast there, included with our hotels.com booking, and she made the stop feel like home. You can tell she loves her work from the care she gives customers. Thanks 😊

We had another pleasant stay with Premier Inn, comfortable and affordable. I liked the effort to mark common holidays with an in-room egg hunt for a chocolate prize, but there wasn't a non-dairy option. My little girl's excitement at finding the egg was spoiled. Maybe next time someone will think about allergies and provide an alternative.

The front desk service was lovely, and the people there were eager to help. Brewer’s Fayre also did a cracking breakfast, served by the sweetest lady. Otherwise, it was alright, but I'm 99% sure we got bedbugs from the room, and there was evidence they'd been around. It was very hot, and the only window opened a couple of inches onto the smelly McDonald’s bins. Then a really strong whiff of BO crept in. When I opened the door, I realised it was coming from cleaning staff at the other end of the hallway. Even the fire door couldn't keep the pong out.

Jade made check-in a wonderful experience. She welcomed me warmly and went out of her way to help me feel at home. Her professional, bubbly manner was fantastic, and the room was lovely and clean.

All the staff were lovely, and the location is convenient, not far from the town centre or much else. There are a restaurant, MC Donald's, Greggs, subway and a convenience store right outside. Cheap and cheerful.
