Arthur and Tina were easy to talk to and gave us helpful ideas about things to do nearby. We spent a week at the Glenwood Guest House and found the facilities great, the room clean, tidy and up to date, and breakfast enjoyable with a decent range to choose from. For the price, it would be hard to find better value for a break in the area. I'd recommend it.

Mary, Tina and Arthur, thank you for making me feel so welcome in Torquay. I had two lovely days, and the house is an easy walk from the train station, town centre and seafront. The room was spacious and relaxing, and breakfast was delicious, with yoghurts, cereal and fruit to choose from as well as a full English. I ate so much I could barely breathe! 😅 I had to leave early, and Tina kindly made me a sandwich for my five to six hour journey 🥹 Love, Glory from Hastings ☺️

Tina, Arthur and mum made me feel relaxed and welcome. The room was a lovely size, light, airy and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fabulous, cooked just how you like it, with fresh fruit and pastries as well as a cooked option. Can't fault it, thank you x

The view from our room looked out over town from high enough up to be lovely. This B&B sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and is run by a lovely couple. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and they made the bed fresh each day, which not many places seem to do now. I also liked the bottle of water on the bedside table. I'd stay again. One tip: book direct, as I paid much more by booking another way.

The location worked well for me, about 15 minutes from the beachfront, and breakfast had loads of gorgeous choices. The rooms were cosy, clean and comfortable, with a fridge and milk provided for your own things, a nice touch. Tina and Arthur, the staff and the lovely owners were all welcoming and friendly. Thanks for looking after me, I'll be staying again. 👍
