The staff were exceptionally kind to our granddaughter, who was celebrating her third birthday, and the service was exemplary. She had such an enjoyable time making her own pizza. They even brought a candle on her ice cream and a banner, which she loved. We’ve been several times and will be back; it’s a place all generations can enjoy together. The meal was very tasty. The starter of haggis, black pudding and tattie scone was delicious, and the haddock was fresh and tasty too. Thank you!

We had a great stay and will definitely stay again. There was plenty of free parking, the room was large with a very comfortable bed, and everything was really clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and communication before check-in was excellent. Breakfast was amazing.

We’ve been back to the Loans Inn three times now, whenever we come to WinterStorm Festival in Troon Town Centre, and we always have an amazing stay. The food is excellent, and the bar service is top notch when we get back from the festival at night. Brian has served us each night on our last two visits, always with a smile and fantastic service. He’s a genuinely lovely man and a credit to the place. Amy has also waited on us hand and foot, with perfect service all around. Thank you all so much. Hope to see everyone again next year. Merry Christmas in the meantime!

Lovely decor and a good choice on the menu. We went early on a busy Thursday evening and thought the two-course set menu was a fab deal, with great options at a great price.

We’re really enjoying our stay so far. Parking was easy, and the introduction to the property at Hotels Reception was fabulous. We had lunch here, and if dinner tonight is as good, we’re in for a treat. We both recommend trying the food or staying here.
