Being so close to Hyde park made it easy to fit in a morning walk, and the room was clean with tea and coffee provided. Still, there was noise all night from outside, and we could hear footsteps and conversations through the thin walls. The room was very small, though that’s understandable in London, and it stayed cold after we found the window open, even with the radiator on. The desk staff member was quite rude at check-in. I’d manage it for a short stay, but it probably isn’t a great choice for families.

Mari deserves a mention for the excellent help and service. Breakfast was excellent, and the price felt very reasonable for London. Our room was pleasantly spacious, too. The elevator wasn’t working when we checked in, but management had it fixed by the next morning.

The breakfast was fantastic, and we enjoyed every bite. We also found it very good value, worth every penny. We spent the weekend here, and the room was amazing. Mari and his team made us feel welcome and were really friendly. We’ll come back to stay.

The fridge was noisy, which was the one annoyance. We had a lovely, spacious suite with a great view over London, and the stay was lovely otherwise. Mari on the staff was very, very kind. I’d definitely stay again.

David at reception was genuinely friendly and helped me with directions as I was leaving. I was here for a short work trip, and the whole stay went smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable, and I slept really well. The central location was ideal, so I’d happily come back. Recommend it.
