The portions were so generous that we ran out of room before ordering mains. The meat mix grill, jeera wings and chilli cheese naan were the highlights, and everything tasted fresh with a great Indian flavour. The staff were helpful with recommendations and adjusted the spice levels too. We came for dinner and really enjoyed it.

Pravi made the stay feel especially welcoming, with kind, helpful service from beginning to end. The Indian food was fresh, delicious and memorable. I really enjoyed my time at The Pear Tree Inn, both staying there and dining there.

The garden is a lovely spot for a drink in the sunshine, and inside there's a relaxed feel. The food is tasty, portions are good and the prices are great value. Staff are always welcoming and friendly, and the food hasn't let me down. The Pear Tree is one of my favourite places in Welwyn Garden City.

Mia was a great help planning my Birthday party in the function room, and it turned into a brilliant celebration. My family and I have also been coming here for dinner and drinks for the past few years. The food and customer service have always been top notch.

The guesthouse rooms upstairs are small, but have enough space for an overnight stay. Mine was clean and tidy, and the staff were attentive and really nice. The Indian food was good too.
