Covent Garden Hotel

Our room looked out onto London's streets, and the hotel's central location put us close to businesses and important landmarks. My family had flown in from Switzerland, and we were treated so well. Lucca, our waiter, was so kind and gave us lots of great recommendations. Agustino, the concierge, made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfasts have been phenomenal, and right from the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel like royalty. They know your name, and I know theirs. There's plenty to enjoy when you want some time in: a quiet spell in the library if it's rainy, a movie in the screening room, or a board game with friends in the Drawing Room. The service, rooms, food, amenities and location have all been top notch. This has honestly been the best hotel experience I've ever had. Pay the money, you won't regret it!

The library was beautiful and a lovely place to relax. My room was full of thoughtful details, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom stocked with everything I needed. It was cleaned daily, and I had a fresh bottle of mineral water each day. I'd eaten breakfast at Brasserie Max a few times before deciding to treat myself to a few nights there for my 60th birthday. I had to postpone my original reservation, and the staff were very helpful about changing the dates. Everyone was friendly and keen to help, meeting each request with a smile. I loved that they remembered my name.

We don't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the rooms. The space is quiet and really well designed, and the cocktail makers know their stuff. The service is warm, friendly and professional, and they look after you so well. We come back every year to feel special.
