The adjoining pub was friendly and welcoming, with plenty of parking at the hotel. Reception were efficient and helpful, and the location made it convenient to get around the Wirral. Dinner and breakfast were more than adequate, and both were served promptly. I'd stay again.

We went for a meal, not an overnight stay, and had a good evening. Duty Managers Chris and Katie were welcoming and really couldn't do enough to help. The food was tasty, the wine good, and everything was clean and wheelchair accessible. We'd happily return, and hope to meet there for breakfast one weekend. My sister lives nearby and plans to make it a regular family thing. The reason for four stars is that Premier Inn doesn't let you add a tip to the bill electronically when paying, only in cash. Come on Premier Inn, join the 21st century. We'd recommend it.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic but good enough. A fire alarm going off in the middle of the night was a bad experience, though. I'd still stay here again.

We stayed here for a wedding just down the road, and the location just outside town was perfect for us. The rooms were quiet despite being off a main road, as well as clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and breakfast was good value.

Breakfast was great, and the waitress checked whether I needed anything else, which doesn't always happen with table service. The desk team gave me a lovely, warm welcome. My room seemed to be in the older part of the building and was a little tired, but it was exceptionally quiet and I slept really well. I didn't use the restaurant for dinner.
