We ate in the Grill and the food was great, and the pool facilities were good and well maintained. We used the pool twice. The family changing room is a bit small, though. The room itself was massive, with plenty of space for me and my two sons, aged 10 and 6, who each had their own sofa bed. It was spotless, and the hotel was clean throughout. We stayed the night before taking the boys to Anfield. Fantastic value for money, and we'd definitely stay again.

I always enjoy staying here and came back after visiting last year. It was lovely to see familiar faces who remembered me, and hotel manager Stephen welcomed me like an old friend. The restaurant food is always delicious. Noel at Starbucks is a pleasure, cracking jokes and making me a great drink. I'm here for unfortunate circumstances, but the service has made my stay feel more positive.

The rooms were clean and great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a lovely stay. I didn't expect to find a Starbucks beside reception, but it made my dreary Sunday morning brighter. Noel and Chantelle couldn't have been friendlier to me when I was hungover.

Breakfast was hot and had everything you'd need. The Bar & Grill was busy in the afternoon and at night, but service was okay. Starbucks was handy for a snack, and the gym and pool came free with the room. Both were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, with plenty of room. Everything from check-in through breakfast went well, though someone had disconnected the aerial from the back of the TV, and I don't know why. Would we come again? Yes!

I come here regularly after swimming with my daughter, and we've had a great Starbucks experience each time. Noel and Jess are always polite and helpful, and make a really nice Caramel Mac.
