The team supported me and my disabled mom through a stay of several nights this fall. The accessible room helped a lot, staff showed us how to work the faucet, the front desk arranged an extension in the same room, and the restaurant staff kept us well fed. Edna, the manager, is an incredible person. It's also in a great location, with the mall across the street within walking distance. The service was really, really great, and I can't recommend the hotel highly enough.

Jazmin at the front desk has some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. Her energy and personality were everything, and she was so kind and wonderful. You don't come across people like Jazmin every day. I hope the company knows what a gem they have and appreciates her. Give her a raise! I'll be back and bringing a few friends. Our flight delays meant we arrived after midnight for our 12/8/25 reservation. The night agent was so sweet and understanding, easy to talk to, and funny. She made us laugh, which helped ease our anxiety and stress. This post is late, but I still think about that night agent. Thanks again!

The coffee was great, and the location was excellent, close to the airport with shuttle service. But we stayed one night and didn't sleep well because the pillows were so soft and had barely any firmness, which made the night uncomfortable.
