Hyatt Place Allentown / Lehigh Valley

My girlfriend and I can’t wait to come back. The rooms were quiet, spacious, and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the heating and cooling worked wonderfully. The bathroom was bright and the shower was welcoming. The place was spotless at all hours, the staff were incredible, and the security was top notch. The elevators were some of the best I’ve seen in an Allentown hotel. We’d like to try the great-looking pool and fitness room next time.

I came with family for a quick trip and found the stay pretty good overall, though a bit overpriced given the bathroom. The rooms were nice, the pool was decently warm, and the gym was open 24 hours. There was complimentary soap, but the bathroom wasn’t clean: the shower had hair, nails, and lashes, the toilet had been used before I first opened it, and there was hair on the seat and dirt on the towels. I might come back, but only if it’s clean.

We had a January 2026 conference here with around 150 people from my organization, and I’m looking forward to holding it here again next year. The ballroom was comfortable and set up for electronic presentations. Each person had a notepad and pen, and candy dishes on every other spot along the classroom-style tables were replenished daily. The group package was quite reasonable. Staff worked quietly in the background and were easy to reach whenever needed.

We stay here several times a year for business and sometimes bring the kids, who really like the pool and breakfast. Our two small dogs come along too, and the hotel is accommodating. It’s clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the attached restaurant is nice. There are lots of restaurants and stores conveniently nearby.
