This place feels like home when I'm away. Michael takes care of the whole property, from cleaning outside to fixing things inside, and keeps everything clean. He's the best! Thanks to the manager too for continuing to improve the property and making customers feel safe and welcome. Dean and Dan at the front desk are friendly, nice, and well trained. Everyone here has become part of my journey.

I'm here for work, but I won't stay here again. The noise from next door is ridiculous, with the parents yelling at the kids to stop and the kids not listening. I was just hoping they'd go to sleep soon. My room smells old. It isn't dirty, but it needs an upgrade, and the sofa is so filthy that it may be holding the odor. The shower has very weak water pressure. I went to my car for air freshener, but the smell came back quickly. My skin felt itchy, though that could just have been my nerves about bed bugs. The curtains smell too and need washing.

The building is clean and quiet, and the location is perfect. Dee is especially kind, patient, and professional. I feel safer knowing he's on the property, and he keeps things running smoothly. The staff are all friendly and professional.

We've been coming and going here for seven months, and the staff have started to feel like family. When we ask for help, they respond to what we need. Having the cancer center right across the street is convenient. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
