Extended Stay America Select Suites - Atlanta - Alpharetta - Rock Mill Rd.

Angie, the manager, is hands-on and attentive to the details that keep this location running well. She treats guests with care. The staff greet you warmly and make sure you have what you need. The place is very clean and wonderful, and it would work well for a long-term stay if you need one.

Maintenance got me back into my room within five minutes after I realized I'd forgotten my key. He arrived with a brand new key and unlocked the door quickly. Kudos to him. Kenya, the housekeeping supervisor, always does a great job too. And a special thanks to Angie, the GM, for being prompt and doing a five-star job at the Rock mill road location at Alpharetta. Keep it up!

We booked a room for a young woman through www.booking.com after calling to confirm that payment with a PayPal account would work. We got confirmation, then sent her 51 minutes across town to this location. When she arrived, the night manager refused to honor the reservation, even though it was in her name and he confirmed the payment had been received. He said the location's policy was not to accept cash, despite our earlier confirmation with another site agent. The young woman was fleeing a domestic violence situation from across country, and the night agent had been told that. His attitude toward her was disgusting, with no compassion or basic humanity. The customer service was terrible. I'm disappointed, disgusted, and outraged. The night agent who was there this morning at 12:00 am should be fired.

It was fine for what I got, and the water pressure was great. The stay served its purpose. I don't like carpet in hotels or stays, and I always recommend spraying walking areas with Lysol or wearing slippers, including in the shower. Same goes for gyms. Otherwise, it was great, and I just take extra precautions to avoid foot fungus.
