The room needed cleaning, and there was a really unsettling noise inside it the whole stay. Check-in itself was easy, though a little slower than usual even with a reservation. The hotel texted to thank me and said I could use that number if I needed anything. I messaged them, but they never replied or dealt with what I’d raised. Pretty disappointing.

We left and went to another hotel. The hallways were filthy, and a stair tread was coming apart. The place felt unsafe and dirty, and I wouldn’t send anyone there. This was my first reservation here. They booked the wrong dates and charged me, then corrected the dates when I arrived but charged me for the room a second time.

For work travel, I’d come back. It’s inexpensive and worth it, and the staff were nice and helpful. My non-smoking room was clean and didn’t feel dated. Breakfast is pretty limited, though there’s a pancake place practically in the parking lot. The bed is very firm, but the pillows were nice.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, but it wasn’t ready for the 3:00 p.m. check-in, and the towels felt damp even though they were set out for use. The shower and tub have seen better days. In room 120, the wall and ceiling above the tub were in disrepair and covered in mold. It’s fine for a quick overnight if cigarette smoke doesn’t bother you. Smoking is allowed here, and the hallways smell strongly of cigarettes. If you’re allergic or sensitive to that smell, this isn’t the hotel for you.
