The room was huge and clean, the breakfast was great, and the pool was spacious and spotless. Coffee was free and available all day, and our kids had a blast. The hotel is in an ideal spot on a major road, so we'll stay here again next time we visit. The only drawbacks for us were no Disney Jr. station with toddler shows and no bathtub. If you don't need those, this is the place! One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at.

The staff were helpful from check-in through checkout, and the rooms were big, clean, and stocked with supplies. Breakfast was very nice, with some options that aren't the usual hotel fare. We had a lovely stay and will be back soon. Thanks to everyone for the great hospitality.

We were in town for a hockey tournament with other teams and families, and the hotel stayed clean despite all the kids running around. I had a couple of small hiccups, but the accommodating staff handled them well and were very friendly. You can tell the people running the place care about it.

The pool was a hit with my first graders. The deep end was four feet, and the shallow end was a little over three. Breakfast had a good range of options and was well stocked, and the rooms were clean. The coffee wasn't great, but there are Tim Hortons nearby in both directions, which solved that. Niagara Falls, the zoo, and the science museum were all easy to get to.

The breakfast crew were especially wonderful, and everyone was friendly and attentive. The young performers' music was uplifting, and it was lovely to see their talent encouraged in such an open way. The hotel staff welcomed them and let them perform, which made the atmosphere warm and positive. Great customer service and a real feel-good experience.
