Eden Roc Inn & Suites

Dec 20-24, 2025. We had a wonderful stay at Eden Roc during a three-day Disneyland trip with my daughter, sister, and nephew. We usually visit once a year and stay at Good Neighbor Hotels on Harbor Blvd, so this was our first time trying a hotel on the resort side. Our second-floor family suite was updated, very spacious, and had all we needed, including plenty of charging outlets. Light housekeeping came every couple of days, and full service was available daily at no extra cost if requested. The front office staff were friendly and accommodating. Light sleepers may hear street noise, but earplugs, noise-canceling headphones, or tired legs from a ten-mile park day might help. It didn't bother us after Disney. Walking briskly, it took about ten minutes to reach security at the Downtown Disney entrance. From there, the walk through Downtown Disney to the park gate took another five to ten minutes. The route was well lit and felt very safe, with fewer crowds than the Harbor Blvd hotel area. It's hard to find a room this spacious that meets all our needs at such a reasonable price. We'll consider Eden Roc again and recommend it to others.

We only stayed one night, but we'd happily return. The room, bed, sheets, and towels were clean and ready, and we saw no bugs during our visit, despite what some reviews say. The only thing that bothered us was a few mold spots in the bathroom tile seams, which could use a better scrub. For the location, convenience, and price, it's an easy choice for our next trip. Disneyland and California Adventure are both an easy walk away.

I loved my December stay, and being able to walk to Downtown Disney was a big plus. I forgot a valuable item and didn't realize until I was nearly home. The staff were so kind and helpful: I sent them a prepaid label, and they shipped it right back promptly. I've already received it. I'd definitely stay here again.

The location is great, especially when we have events at the convention center. It's a short walk, and you can't beat the price for that spot. The rooms are pretty good, though they often seem to be short on toilet paper or have an empty shampoo bottle. The front desk can always provide more. We always stay here for convention center events.
