We were able to watch the Disneyland fireworks from our room after asking for one on the right side of the building. A fun tip: if you have that view, you can pull up the show on YouTube and sync it with the fireworks for a nice in-room experience. The room was stylish, clean, and a good size for our eight-night stay. Breakfast was hot and tasty each morning. Staff were happy to help with our repeated trips in and out by car, and they were just as cheerful about puppy cuddles. Big thanks to the valet and front desk teams, especially Carmelino, who went out of his way several times to make sure everything was just right.

Breakfast could use more variety. It felt much the same each day, we had to ask for hot milk every time, and a made-to-order option like an omelette station plus a broader fruit selection would be welcome. Boiled eggs aren’t for everyone. That said, the hotel made our Disneyland stay comfortable and easy. We were there from 03 August to 06 August, and it’s about a 15-minute walk to the park. Construction meant using a slightly longer route, but the walk was still manageable. Everyone from reception to room service was wonderful. It was a very pleasant visit, and I’d recommend the place to other Disneyland travelers.

As a wheelchair user and amputee, accessibility is essential for me. The accessible room we booked exceeded expectations, with plenty of room to move around comfortably. It had a bathtub, and after we asked the front desk for a tub chair, the staff installed it promptly so I could shower. My mom, brother, and I had a fantastic Disneyland trip here. The front desk team was friendly, and they even let us check in early because our room was ready. The walk back after a long day at the park was easy for my mom and brother. We’ll definitely stay again next time.

The beds were comfortable, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. Downstairs food was okay, and there’s a coffee bar serving starbucks. We liked the location too, about a ten-minute walk to security. Our early check-in was where things went wrong. They didn’t call to tell us the room was ready, but it was an issue on their end and they were very apologetic. Our room keys only worked about half the time, even using the app’s virtual key. There were no blackout curtains, the thermostat cast a dim bright spot across the room, and we could hear people in the hall and upstairs through the thin walls. Valet parking worked fine for us, but $44 a night is wild.
