The dock view from our room was lovely, and it was spacious, clean, and had a great closet. We liked being able to open the windows for fresh air and the calming sound of waves. The bathroom was a little small and dated, but everything else was so good that it wasn’t a big deal. Yolande, the Assistant Manager, went above and beyond to make our belated birthday stay special. The Waterfront Hotel is in a phenomenal spot for downtown Annapolis. It’s right behind The Choptank, where we had delicious seafood served piping hot, and the rooftop deck is a great partnership. Valet was easy despite the tight entrance. We had a wonderful staycation and hope to return for the holidays.

For what this room cost, I didn’t expect so many problems. The desk lamp was broken, and with just two lights in the room, that mattered since I was there for business. The phone didn’t work when I tried to call the front desk. The shower door wouldn’t close fully, leaving water on the floor around the toilet, and the bottom sheet was too small to stay properly on the mattress. The staff were polite and engaging, and they fixed the light promptly once I went down to the desk. The location is lovely, but the issues were disappointing at that price.

We felt right at home throughout our visit. The harbor and downtown views were spectacular, especially iconic Ego Alley. The coffee in the room was high quality, and the linens and furnishings were very comfortable. Valet, concierge, front desk, and housekeeping all made the stay exceptional. Thank you.

We felt safe walking around both late at night and early in the morning. The room was clean and spacious, and the valet and desk staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick. There’s a lot next to the hotel, but it becomes a paid lot in the morning, so keep that in mind.

Great location and a nice room, but the hotel was too warm throughout. Construction right outside our room also started very early.
