Parking is first come, first served, and with the retail space downstairs competing for spots, I circled the lot 20 times before finding one. The walls are so thin that normal conversations carry through, and there isn't any sense of community. Smells from the restaurants downstairs reach the units, and trash gets left all over the lot every night. The fitness room equipment hasn't worked since day one. Machines either won't start or stop abruptly, and management hasn't fixed them. There are late-night parties and multiple AirBnb units around the building, though management denies it. There's no assigned parking, and the noise and mess make this place one to avoid.

We stayed at Koosh Living at Griffin with our kids, and they all loved it. The location felt safe, with easy access to I-95 and the Turnpike, and it was super close to the Hard Rock Guitar Casino, the best casino in the world. The building looked brand new and was very clean. Jacob provided excellent service and really made the stay better. Highly recommend!

Adi Farkash and the management team made living here feel seamless and stress-free. Adi is professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely caring, and any request was handled quickly and with a positive attitude. The apartments are beautiful, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. For a luxury rental with a personal touch, I can't recommend Kosh Dania and Adi's team enough. Truly the best in the area.

The building is in a prime, convenient location. The apartments at Koosh Living at Griffin have well-planned, efficient layouts, with thoughtful use of light and storage that makes everyday life comfortable. Finishes are high quality, and the modern appliances are reliable and easy to live with. Great design and fit-outs.

I'm definitely ready for my lease to end. The walls are so thin I can hear people in the hallway, and the elevator is always broken or making noise. Parking is a hassle, and the leasing office is rarely available and very slow to respond. The fire alarm would go off at 7 a.m., too. Worst building.
