Motel 6 Apache Junction Az

I booked here because my preferred hotel wasn’t available. It was pretty much what you’d expect from a Motel 6, very basic, though the room was fairly clean, the bed comfortable enough, the AC worked well, and pets didn’t cost extra. The hallway stayed wet and dirty almost the whole time, and the outdoor garbage cans were overflowing. There weren’t any signs, for some reason, so it was really hard to find.

I was told to book online and got charged, then needed another night and thought I’d been charged for it too. It turned out I hadn’t. By the time I left, the motel sign was gone, so I don’t think it’ll be a Motel 6 anymore. There were beer bottles and caps in the pool area where someone could get hurt. The rooms and hallways smelled like smoke, and there were bugs. I won’t stay again.

For a simple, no-fuss stay at this price, Motel 6 in Apache Junction is a solid choice. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly. My room was comfortable, clean, and had the basics, including a fridge and microwave. I’d definitely return.

For the price, we were very comfortable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this location if I were in the area. It’s a bit out of the way but quiet and peaceful, right beside a Waffle House and a Chevron, which is handy. The room was basic but perfectly reasonable. The AC kept us cool, though we had to put a bucket underneath to catch condensation. The bed was comfortable. We checked for bedbugs as soon as we got inside and didn’t find any during our four nights, though we did spot one cockroach. The shower had plenty of hot water, and I did a load of laundry. The six vending machines with meals, drinks, and snacks were extremely convenient. Our TV’s picture quality was lousy, but it did work. The outdoor pool was a little dirty, but we swam twice and really enjoyed it. The hot tub jets could be turned on, which was great.
