The hot tub didn't work, so we didn't stay a single night even though we'd booked two. They refused to refund either night. When we went to the front desk to complain and ask for a refund or an upgrade, we were told we could leave. The general manager came in with her arms crossed and immediately said we could leave. She then said she had to go because she was in the middle of a doordash delivery and had kids at home. I can only describe the staff as “ratchet.” Our experience was terrible. If you're considering this place, go down the street to the Holiday Inn instead. The price was comparable there, the staff were wonderful, and their hot tub actually worked and was very relaxing 😌.

We had a nice, clean room and check in was easy. The bed was comfortable, but we were there for our anniversary and I had booked a room with a jacuzzi tub several months ahead. A couple of months before our stay, apparently all the jacuzzi tubs were removed and replaced with queen beds. The room was nice, but it was just my husband and me, so we didn't need a second bed. I had specifically booked the tub and wish they'd let people know ahead of time in case we wanted to book somewhere else. We paid the same price without it, which didn't make sense to me. Our shower also dripped constantly.

The breakfast was terrible, with very few options and an untidy area. Nobody was looking after it, so we ended up going to a restaurant to feed my family. The rooms were okay, with some updates, but there were still old, crusty parts, including the AC units.
