Crystal Quarters Furnished Apartments- Concord

I’ve lived at The Concord Crystal City for almost ten years and have been very happy here. Recently my washing machine stopped working, and the repair turned into a much bigger issue than expected. Earline replaced a lot of parts, but none of them fixed it. He kept at it for a long time and didn’t leave until he got it working. That’s the professionalism the whole maintenance team shows.

The building is a social place, which we enjoy. The Spring Social was so fun, with a band in the courtyard, buffet food in all the common areas and on the rooftop, plus a photo booth and characture artist. I just wish there were an organic compost bin here. I have to take mine 10 blocks to an Arlington County bin.

We’ve been at Concord for more than two years and have loved calling it home. The location is hard to beat, near the Metro and DCA, with Crystal City and Arlington close by and Washington DC just a hop away. I fly often, and that 22-minute door to gate walk is really hard to top. The fitness center, sauna, and pool are all top tier. The free yoga and fitness classes are great, led by wonderfully qualified teachers. There’s also a great staff, free wine and breakfasts each month, and community parties every year. Keep it up, Concord.

Moving to Virginia and choosing Concord was one of my best decisions. I’d still be there if work hadn’t made me relocate. From move-in to move-out, I was treated with kindness and respect. The front desk staff were always welcoming, and the leasing staff were helpful whenever I had questions. I also appreciated the resident events. Once, my closet fell down at 3pm on a Friday. I put in a maintenance request and they had it fixed by 4:30pm. That was quick! If you’re choosing an apartment complex, pick Concord.
