Crystal Towers

We’re especially pleased to see the recent work on the elevators and the ongoing carpet replacement and corridor refresh. It’s another reason we love living at Crystal Towers. The building’s maintenance is remarkably prompt, and the community is so friendly. We’ve been here nearly two years and are very happy with our choice. Our spacious, sunny apartment is really comfortable, and we love spending time in the backyard. The balcony view changes with the seasons, giving us a beautiful natural panorama all year.

Our experience from the tours through signing was easy and reassuring, thanks to Brenda. She made us feel confident in our choice and explained everything clearly. We were late for our second tour, but she still managed to fit us in. She was practically running to show us what we needed while helping other people too, and somehow stayed welcoming and upbeat. It was clear she had a lot going on and was working incredibly hard, but she handled it all gracefully and professionally. I’m so grateful for how smoothly she pulled everything together.

We helped our son move in two days ago, and Rebecca at the concierge desk made it a lot less stressful. She patiently answered our questions, paid attention to what we needed, and explained the temporary parking arrangements clearly. She also passed along other helpful information about living here. The area looks nice, safe, and convenient.

I lived in the south tower facing the pool, and the view was lovely. I got morning sun, which helped keep the apartment cool in summer and warm in winter. I’ll miss the huge windows and all that natural light, plus relaxing on the balcony. I moved because I bought a place, but I would’ve stayed if I were still renting. Over three years, I enjoyed dealing with Luana in the office and Tami and her concierge team. Maintenance was prompt and professional, and I never had an unexpected utility outage. Getting around was easy: the Metro is across the street, Crystal Towers is one stop from the airport, and two supermarkets and a Costco are within walking distance. There’s Crystal Tower foods on the ground floor and at least 15 restaurants close by. The gym is larger and nicer than most nearby buildings, and the garage is huge. If you like planes, Gravelly Point park is close enough for a riverside picnic. There’s also a really nice 16-mile car-free bike trail winding through some lovely oaks. It’s a great place to live.
