Kasa Arlington Dallas

We loved our stay at the Kasa. Our balcony gave us a perfect view of the fireworks, and the location was close to everything. The pool was large and clean, with loungers right in the water. The room was clean too, and we never heard noise from other rooms. It's a 10/10 for me. I'll definitely stay again on my next trip to Arlington.

We enjoyed staying at Kasa and plan to book again when we're back in Arlington. About 30 minutes before we arrived, they sent detailed check-in directions with helpful pictures. The place was very clean and in a good part of town. Having a dog park across the street made it easy to walk our dog several times a day. We were only there for 3 days and didn't use the pool or workout room, though both looked nice. I highly recommend Kasa.

I was supposed to stay five days while waiting to move into my new home, but I left after about two and a half. The couch and bed frame had obvious stains, and I did what I could to clean and sanitize things so the place would feel livable. Then I saw roaches and booked a hotel at 2 a.m. just to get away. I’m angry with myself for staying as long as I did, and wish I’d read the reviews instead of relying on the rating. 🤮 Please avoid this place. I wasn’t happy with how the Kasa team first handled my claim, but they later made a real effort to address both my stay and what came after. I appreciate that.

The rooms had the space we needed, and I liked having laundry, a full kitchen, and Roku TV. They also supplied handy things like soap, detergent, paper towels, and dishwasher tabs. The location is close to just about everything, and since we rented a car, the parking was a lifesaver. Check-in came with useful photos and step-by-step directions, though I did run into issues and can imagine it being a bigger problem for some people. But the cleanliness was awful. The halls had trash and questionable stains all over, and the pool was filthy. The pool cleaner was broken when we went to get it. Our room didn’t look professionally cleaned either: couch cushions were stained, the rug seemed only half-swept, and the tables and appliances had water marks. The furniture felt cheap and dingy. I’m not a clean freak, but the grime was hard to get past. The property needs hands-on maintenance, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
