The apartment-style room was the highlight: bright, clean, and spacious, with new appliances and three closets. I only stayed one night, so I didn't get to try everything, though the rooftop and shared lounge looked nice. The hotel chain's book club is a fun extra, too. I was in town for a graduation and couldn't find an affordable place nearby, so this was a lifesaver. The metro is about a five-minute walk away, which made getting to and from the airport easy. There's also a nearby bus downtown, or Georgetown is a ten-minute drive. Staff made check-in simple, and they kept my bags in a secure room before check-in and after checkout. The 4 p.m. check-in was a little inconvenient. I could see myself renting a space like this as an apartment, if that were an option. I'd happily stay here again.

The location made it easy to get to restaurants, shops, and transportation, and the staff kept everything stress-free. My room was comfortable, clean, and had what I needed. I was visiting the area and would book here again next time.

The apartment-style room itself was nice, with a full kitchen and laundry, and I barely heard guests in other rooms. Wi-Fi worked well, and the catered luncheon we had was good. Still, I waited two hours past the 4 p.m. check-in time, sitting in the lobby and checking repeatedly before I could get into my room at 6. There were some frustrating details inside. The bedroom fan and light use a remote, and it seemed to affect other rooms too. Mine would switch on or off by itself. One evening the fan kept getting turned off as soon as I tried to start it. Maybe that was for the best, since it rattled badly and sounded loose. The rooftop layout is cool, but none of the three grills worked. When I went to the hot tub, it was discolored and had garbage floating in it. Other people on my trip said it hadn't been that bad at other times. Bring your own pillow if you can; the supplied ones weren't comfortable, though the mattress was decent. The standard blinds let in a lot of light at night, so light sleepers may want an eye mask. There's a dining table, but no real desk. The room was bright even at night.

I got the premier one-bedroom and it worked just as well as the one-bedroom with a balcony I meant to book. I forgot to update the card on file, so I couldn't secure that room, and I guess that one's on me. I'm packing to check out now and already thinking about coming back. The place felt safe and secure, clean, and comfortable like home, and the price felt like a win. I enjoyed my stay so much I'm even joking about taking a year lease here. I'll be back.

The rooftop is gorgeous, and the modern rooms were really clean. Having a washer and dryer in the room was a big help during my long stay. The building's close to the metro and about 15 minutes from Georgetown. Everyone on staff was wonderful and made me feel at home. Thanks especially to Andrea, Jose, Marietta, Kina, Anthony, and Derrick!
