Quality Inn Near Seattle Premium Outlets Arlington

Even though the hotel appears on the booking sites, don't reserve it. It had been closed since October 2025, but they accepted my reservation anyway. That left me splitting my stay across several places during a busy weekend.

I decided not to pay over the phone right away, and called around locally instead. Someone who works very close to the hotel told me it was definitely closed and under construction, not open for business. This was after I called to book and pointed out the reviews saying it was shut. The representative assured me it was open, put me on hold to check with the front desk, then offered a special price if I paid immediately by phone.

The morning breakfast was a useful extra, even though it was pretty limited. There were scrambled eggs, coffee, toast, waffles, and other standard choices. For an inexpensive overnight stay, we'd recommend this place if you don't want to spend a lot. Compared with other hotels nearby, it's okay and adequate for the price. The rooms were tidy and clean by budget hotel standards, with clean towels, a nice window view, and cold water. The water only began getting warm on our last day. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, though it wasn't bothersome.

We were in late and out early, just looking for somewhere to sleep, and it worked for that. The breakfast was good, and the room was clean and felt safe. I was nervous after reading the negative reviews, but our stay went well. It's not a luxury place, though for the price I'm happy with it.
