Kia Burnett deserves a big shoutout for repeatedly going above and beyond to make residents happy. Her recent Super Bowl party was the most attended event I’ve seen since moving in. We met so many great people from the Bartlett whom we hadn’t known lived here, and it really made the place feel like a community and a home we’re proud to be part of. Thank you, Kia!

Tamerat handled my plumbing problem right away after responding quickly to my maintenance request. He was efficient and professional, and this was one of the best maintenance experiences I’ve had at Bartlett. Thanks for the great service!

I wouldn’t recommend living here. The elevator situation is frustrating, with at least one almost always out, and maintenance staff enter without warning. It took over two months to add my girlfriend to the lease, then another month to add our dog. The front office often isn’t helpful and can be rude about it. There are hidden fees that add a few hundred dollars to the rent, and I don’t believe you’ll get your security deposit back, however well you treated the place. If the older woman I think is named Victoria works there, don’t bother. She’ll be rude and you won’t get help. The building may look nice and have a good location, but the management is abysmal and not worth dealing with.

I’ve lived at the Bartlett for almost five years, and while there are things I like and dislike about the building, I especially appreciate the maintenance staff. Cecilio is efficient, helpful, and respectful of people working from home. Thanks for the great service!

The staff have been helpful and responsive, and the Bartlett itself has a lot to offer: a good gym, an outdoor pool with great views, a dog walking area, and private office and coworking space. The location is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, attractions, public transportation, and business. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it as a new home.
