The Windsor Boutique Hotel

We’re walking out on our last day, and I’m already obsessed with this extraordinary place. The decor, the vibe, and especially the staff went far beyond what I expected. The room was spotless, and little touches made it feel special: luxurious robes, cozy throws, local coffee, chilled beer glasses, beautiful art, and just-right shower pressure. Complimentary drinks and snacks were lovely, and having a TV in the bedroom made the room feel extra comfortable. The staff stood out most. Everyone I met was so wonderful that I kept wondering if they might be the owner. They all seemed to take real pride in caring for guests. I can’t remember the name of the woman who checked us in, but she was especially warm, helpful, and friendly. Liam at the front desk gave us a lovely, gracious send-off and a nice chat on our way out. A wonderful stay from beginning to end. I can’t recommend it enough, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Having a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and oven made traveling with our family of five much easier. Mornings were simple, we had flexibility with meals, and the games for the kids were a nice extra. The location was just as convenient: we parked the car and walked to restaurants, shops, and things to do around downtown Asheville. Windsor Boutique Hotel felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, with thoughtful design and a good balance of comfort and practicality. It made a great home base for exploring the city. We’d happily stay again, and would recommend it to families who want somewhere both elevated and approachable.

We could walk to everything we needed from this place and didn’t use the car once all week. Parking was easy too: we could unload right outside the hotel before parking. The rooms were beautiful and thoughtfully decorated, and the bed was really comfortable. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was the main reason we chose it. The front desk staff were kind and professional. We had a wonderful stay at Windsor Boutique Hotel and hope to return on our next trip to Asheville.

The comfortable bedding made it easy to get a good night’s sleep, and the complimentary drinks and snacks were delicious. Our room was spacious, well equipped, and beautifully designed with lots of character. Private parking nearby was convenient and helpful, and the location made exploring Asheville easy. We had a great three-night stay at The Windsor Boutique Hotel. Everyone at reception was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely stay again.
