Hyatt Centric Midtown Atlanta

Noel at the front desk deserves a mention. He was professional, attentive and quick to help with what I needed, and his courteous service made a real difference. My stay was excellent. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well cared for, and the service was great from start to finish. I'd recommend the hotel for the rooms and staff.

We could walk to plenty of places in midtown, including Piedmont Park, and the central location was a real plus. Our corner room was spacious and had a good desk area, just right for our needs. We arrived early and paid for the upgrade so we could check in right away. At the bar, the bartender tried to charge my husband the price of a beer for a non-alcoholic sparkling water. We got it sorted out. A solid option, and I'd stay again if I'm back in the area.

The staff were lovely, and Michelle from the bar took especially good care of my family. She was so friendly and nice to us. We really enjoyed the stay. My one concern is the carpeted floors in rooms that allow dogs, since carpet can make cleaning more difficult.

That shower was incredible, easily the best hotel shower I've had. The water got very hot and the pressure was so strong it felt like a massage. I didn't want to get out. Hyatt Centric is a first for us, even though we've stayed at nearly every other Hyatt in Atlanta over the years. We were greeted warmly and upgraded to a corner room with big windows and lovely views on two sides. It was spacious, spotless and thoughtfully laid out for both relaxing and getting some work done. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the built-in bathroom night-light since I usually bring a plug-in one. The whole place felt cozy and modern at the same time. It's set a new standard for us in Atlanta, and we're looking forward to coming back.
