The breakfast was a letdown, just potatoes and stale French toast sticks. On both nights, a tenant was screaming and yelling, and nobody did anything about it. The other guests also made me uneasy, and people were asking me for money before I’d even checked in. An Uber driver told me this was a very bad area and advised against leaving the hotel. The hotel was in bad shape, and from the road it looked almost out of business. The online pictures of the exterior, rooms, pool, and other areas were extremely misleading and didn’t match what I saw. The room was filthy on arrival: the floor hadn’t been vacuumed, there was hair and grime in the shower, the drain was clogged, and the sheets and pillowcases were stained. I could have booked a four-star hotel in the city for just $10 more, and I’d strongly recommend doing that instead.

Even when I complained about the room, the staff just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. They brushed off every request, and the staff overall were no help. The room was disgusting, with dirty sheets, stained furniture, hair in the bathroom, and a damp smell that made it hard to breathe. The AC barely worked, and noise from outside and other rooms kept me from sleeping. The lobby looked run-down, the carpets smelled moldy, and the person checking me in acted annoyed that I’d arrived. It was clear from the start that management didn’t care about cleanliness, comfort, or service. The advertised amenities were broken or missing: no working Wi-Fi, a “fitness center” that was basically a closet with one broken treadmill, and a pool that didn’t look safe to step into. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Never again.

They first tried to charge us $100 twice, then $50, and never returned our $60 deposit. When we called, they said they were charging us again because of an accident on the bed, something that sometimes happens to women when they wake up. They also said we couldn’t get the deposit back because of it. Nothing was damaged beyond repair or ordinary cleaning, and the accident wasn’t a big deal. I never saw any online listing or agreement I signed that mentioned this charge or its amount for a fixable accident. Don’t pay more than this place is worth and risk losing your money. The photos are clickbait. We’ve stayed at better places for the same price or less, including some with no deposit. They didn’t even give me my points, though I’m a Platinum Member and know better. This place is awful and a terrible representation of the company. Never again!

The front desk woman was friendly, answered my questions, and made check-in easy. I really appreciated her help. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole stay went smoothly. I had a really good experience here and would definitely come back.
