I arrived late at night with a confirmed reservation I’d already paid for, but was told there were no rooms available. Management wouldn’t honor the booking or refund me there, and the staff were dismissive and unprofessional. I was left stranded with nowhere to go and had paid without receiving any service. It felt like theft, and the place seemed to be running a fraudulent operation. I’ll dispute the charge with my credit card company and report them to the Better Business Bureau.

I couldn’t even make it through one night in that nasty room. The bed was dirty, it smelled awful, and there was toothpaste left in the sink. Housekeeping needs to improve. It seemed like the workers had done absolutely nothing.

People were smoking right outside my room, so I’d suggest avoiding this place if that bothers you. One employee kept it from getting one star across the board, while another made me wish I could give minus stars.

They need to get better housekeeping. I never broke anything, and the incidental deposit is for damage, not for cleaning a room. When I pointed out problems during my stay, nobody dealt with them. They should say at check-in that the deposit may be held if housekeeping has to clean, and call it a cleaning fee instead. These scammy hotels make up their own rules to screw you over. It is what it is.
