The room itself was fine, the shower was okay, and breakfast was decent, with bagels and eggs that were actually pretty good. It looked like they’d tried to make things fresh and clean, like Hilton. Still, the area felt rough. The hotel shares a parking lot with an extended stay, people lingered smoking by the doors, and I felt uncomfortable using the back entrance even though it was closer to my room. Smoke smell carried through the hallways. There were no cups or coffee maker in my room. On my way out, a man loitering around, maybe from the extended stay, tried to talk to me while I was in my car. It really freaked me out. I was here on a business trip after staying at other hotels in the area, and I won’t come back. This isn’t a good business trip hotel.

The reception lady was super nice, Wi-Fi was fast, and the TV was good. Rooms were pretty clean and not bad, with standard Hilton amenities. The hallway looks like a Motel 6, though, and I found the shower stall floor slippery and dangerous.

The location was very convenient, with several other hotels along the same street. I booked the day before arrival at a good value and got free breakfast. After reading the reviews, I felt ugh, but it was just one night, so I went ahead. I found the place clean and the room fine. The bath was a little outdated, but so what. Breakfast was okay, though they ran out of tea. I survived, and I’d stay again. Since it’s a Hilton property, I’d expected the accommodations to meet my expectations.

I’ve stayed here several times, from 3 to 10 days each visit. Staff are friendly, and the rooms are what you’d expect from a budget Hilton. My only issue is the bottled soaps. I prefer the old setup with fresh little bottles or small bars of soap. Just personal preference.

Carmen made check-in quick and straightforward, then checked back to see how my stay was going. I was in town for work, and the room was clean. Her customer service really stood out. It’s rare to get that kind of care. Thanks for everything, Carmen. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
