Best Western Plus Galleria Inn & Suites

The staff were friendly, but after our December 30, 2025 stay, I wouldn’t recommend the rooms. The bathroom was small, with the sink out in the main room, and the bed was only somewhat comfortable. Highway noise came in through the air conditioner, which was loud itself, so we slept very poorly. At 7 am, breakfast was disappointing. The eggs had been sitting long enough to dry out, there was no jam, and the yogurt dispenser and one coffee machine were out of order. Coffee was okay, but juice options were limited and in the wrong dispensers, so cranberry came out as orange.

The room layout worked nicely for our family of six, but the room smelled like smoke, and the air and heat controls were confusing. We found a roach, the toilet seat was broken, and the shower leaked quite a bit onto the floor. We also needed extra towels, but none were ready whenever we went to ask. Most of the staff were nice. There’s no bell at the front desk, and since people were often away from it, I had to call someone over in person.

For a summer stay, the price was pretty good. The room was fairly clean, breakfast was fine, and the place felt safe to me, with lots of cameras around the parking lot. Probably one of the better budget hotels in the area.

The room stayed freezing all night because the A/C unit needs an update, and I got no rest. The coffee machine didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, and the satellite package was cheap. Breakfast was awful and inedible. The night shift was rude, too. What’s the “Plus” in Best Western Plus supposed to mean? There’s nothing plus about it. This place needs a renovation, and I deserve a refund for such poor service.
