The area around the hotel isn’t very appealing, though the hotel itself felt safe, clean, and well cared for. A complimentary shuttle to the Medical Campus was very convenient, and there were plenty of well-placed outlets and good lighting in the room. Breakfast was a standard American spread with some choices, but they use plastic cutlery. I got there by public transport from Denver airport, which was easy and quiet. Mrs Tabitha Winters, the Manager, greeted guests at reception with such warmth, humor, and a smile, while still being efficient and capable. She helped smooth over a bad experience I’d had earlier at the airport. The other staff I met were polite and friendly too, Carlos for example. I’ll try to stay again on my next mission.

Tori at the front desk was thoughtful and went above and beyond. When I mentioned that my son and I would miss breakfast for an early game, she arranged a to-go breakfast for us to keep in the fridge. We were in town for his sports tournament, and the room was clean and mostly quiet, aside from a guest’s car alarm going off at 4:45 am. We had good parking, and our room was ready early. The main doors stay locked, so staff have to let you in, and there’s 24-hour security. I chose the hotel after seeing good reviews for it and the location. My only suggestion is better shower water pressure.

The hotel has a small pool, sauna, and gym, and the front desk staff were friendly. You need a key card or staff member to get through the locked front door. Our room was clean, and housekeeping came all 3 days to make the beds and replace towels. It was a good place to stay near the hospital. My mother enjoyed the typical breakfast, with eggs, sausage, pancakes, and cereal. Parking costs $3 a night, and spaces can be a bit limited in the evening.

Breakfast was included, usually with eggs, sausage, biscuits, pastries, oatmeal, cereal, and yogurt. I wish they had a dairy-free milk alternative. The location is convenient for Anschutz medical center and easy to reach from I225. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and staff responded when we made requests.
