Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Airport at Gateway Park

UPDATE: This has been the biggest hotel nightmare I've ever had. We were already displaced after losing our home in a fire, and my 82-year-old father is on hospice and needs oxygen. We had four rooms and had asked for an accessible room since Saturday because he uses a wheelchair and couldn't move around or shower in the room we had. When I asked the desk to move him to an available accessible room, they said not until morning because housekeeping had left and they didn't want a dirty room they couldn't rent. I guarantee they'll give that room to someone who isn't disabled. The next morning, thankfully, we got him into an accessible room. I moved our things, stripped the beds, emptied the bins, folded the sheets and towels, and left them behind the door. Everything was picked up; there were just a few dishes in the sink, which was my fault. Housekeeping only needed to make the beds, sweep, and bring fresh towels. But after we switched rooms, they told us they wouldn't extend our stay because of the condition of the previous room. That room was in great condition when I left it. Show me pictures of what was so wrong, because I don't understand it. It feels like retaliation for an earlier complaint. Now we have the extra stress of moving hotels, and have to transport my father first thing in the morning after changing rooms. I'm glad to get away now, but I will never stay here again, no matter what. Don't book at the Residence Inn if you're staying nearby. The service is awful, and I'd give it minus five stars if I could.

The staff at the Residence Inn Denver Airport turned a rough night into a comfortable one. Our flight was diverted, so we arrived exhausted and stressed very late, and even though the hotel was nearly sold out, everyone was kind and found a way to accommodate us. Check-in went smoothly, and the room was spacious, clean, and just what we needed after a long travel day. Breakfast was great too. I'd highly recommend it if you're traveling through Denver, especially when plans go sideways.

I was here for a couple of nights on a work trip, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The service really stood out, though. The young woman who checked me in, the breakfast host, and the checkout staff were all gracious, friendly, and went out of their way to help.

We picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub, and both were really nice. The pool was big enough for swimming and races, and the bed was comfortable. My family stayed for a one-night staycation before I left on a work trip. The king bedroom's window AC unit was pretty janky and didn't put out much cold air. It was okay on an October evening, but July might've been different. My main complaint is the parking fee process: you have to scan a QR code and use a third-party website. If parking is being charged, guests shouldn't have to do a separate process after checking in. Extremely annoying.
