The bed was fine and everything else in the room worked, but the cleanliness was awful. It’s advertised as non-smoking, yet the room still clearly smelled of smoke. The floors were sticky and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. The toilet was dirty, there was no hand soap or shampoo and conditioner, and every towel had stains or clumps of hair. I get that places try to save money on cleaning, but finding a long dark hair when opening a towel is too much. It’s the cheapest airport hotel option, so if you only need a bed, it may do. The front desk guy was amazing, kind and helpful, and deserves a raise for all he deals with. He even goes out to clean the parking lot in the morning. Still, this is basically an expensive bed, though better than spending the night in the airport.

The room had an electric cooktop, fridge and freezer, microwave, bathroom hair dryer, and an alarm clock beside the bed. It was a decent cheap place, and the man at the front desk was courteous and pleasant when I arrived around 1 a.m. after booking just hours earlier. Still, I probably wouldn’t return. The room was dirty, with lots of hairs on the sheets, a badly swept floor and dirt and more hair around the bathroom. The TV remote barely worked, so I gave up on it. It wasn’t the worst motel stay I’ve had.

I’m loving my stay. It’s an extremely clean, family-oriented place, and the staff are great and willing to go above and beyond. Brian is always doing his best for the tenants and goes the extra mile to keep us happy. Ashley is a great manager. Management has improved a lot since I came here a year and a half ago. I’m impressed and will definitely be back!

The layout of the room was nice, the appliances were clean, and the bathroom was stocked. The room itself wasn’t very clean, though. The bedding barely passed, and the pillows were disgusting, so I used my own. They advertise a smoke-free place, but there was a strong smell of “alternative” smoke throughout the halls and stairwells. There wasn’t a trash can in my room. I mentioned it at the front desk, and they said they’d sort it out, but they never did.
